Each capsule contains omega-3 PUFAs from fish oil of cold-water marine fish – anchovies, sardines, mackerel.

FISH FAT
Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) omega-3 are not synthesized in the human body, so it is very important to get them from food. Of all the omega-3 PUFAs contained in fish oil, two are of the greatest value – eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
It is known that in the human body most of all DHA and EPA are found in the cells of the brain and retina. DHA accounts for up to a quarter of all brain lipids.
Omega-3 PUFAs prevent the deposition of “bad” cholesterol on the walls of blood vessels, improve blood circulation in the vessels of the heart and brain.
By activating the transmission of nerve impulses in the brain, they improve the ability to perceive and memorize information, which is important at any age. Omega 3 PUFAs are part of the membranes of all cells, including the immune system, and are necessary for the synthesis of eicosanoids – biologically active compounds that regulate the body’s immune response in various infections.
EPA and DHA protect from destruction collagen – the main protein of the skin, which ensures its firmness and elasticity while ensuring the integrity of cell membranes, and omega 3 PUFAs increase the protective functions of the skin.
VITAMIN E
As one of the best antioxidants, it prevents the oxidation of fish oil and synergistically enhances the protective properties of omega 3 acids.

Directions
